Refund Policy
We want every purchase to feel worth it. Here’s exactly how refunds work โ no fine print gymnastics.
Overview
At PurpleLalu, we want you to feel confident buying from us. Because most of our products are digital and delivered instantly, our refund policy is designed to be honest and fair โ not a loophole maze.
By purchasing any product or service from PurpleLalu (thepurplelalu.com), you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy.
The Short Version
Digital products (templates, PDFs, ebooks): no refunds after download โ because the file can’t be “returned.” Course modules: 7-day refund window if you genuinely didn’t find value. Services: addressed in your project agreement. When in doubt, email us first.
Digital Products (General)
Due to the instant-delivery nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final once the product has been accessed or downloaded. This applies to:
- Notion templates and systems
- PDF guides and worksheets
- AI prompt packs
- eBooks and digital guides
We strongly encourage you to read all product descriptions, previews, and FAQs before purchasing. If you have questions about a product before buying, contact us at sabrina@thepurplelalu.com โ we’re happy to help you decide.
Notion Templates
All Notion template purchases are final once the template has been duplicated or accessed. Because Notion templates are delivered as shared links โ and duplicating creates a full copy in your workspace โ there is no way to “return” the product after access.

Read the full description, check any preview screenshots, and feel free to email us with questions. We want the template to be the right fit for you before you purchase it.
Free templates (available on our Notion Marketplace profile) do not require any payment and are provided as-is.
Course & Individual Modules
For the Mastering Focus: Practical Strategies for Thriving with ADHD course (sold as individual modules, the Foundations Pack, or the full course), we offer a 7-day satisfaction window.
If you purchased a module or the full course and genuinely feel it didn’t deliver real, actionable value for you, email us within 7 days of purchase at sabrina@thepurplelalu.com and we’ll review your request.
Course Refund Conditions
To be eligible for a course refund: the request must be made within 7 days of purchase, and you should be able to briefly explain what didn’t work for you. We’re not looking for a performance โ just an honest note. Requests made after 7 days will not be honored.
Refunds apply per purchase. If you purchased individual modules, each module is assessed separately. Bundle purchases are refunded as a bundle, not in parts.
Services
Refunds and cancellation terms for service work (Workflow Builds, Executive VA, Social Media Operations) are governed by the individual project agreement or service contract signed at the start of engagement.
As a general principle: deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. Partial refunds for uncompleted work may be issued at our discretion based on the project stage. Strategy or consultation sessions are non-refundable once completed.
If you have a dispute about service work, please reach out directly โ we’d rather find a fair resolution than leave you unhappy.
eBooks & Guides
eBook and guide purchases are final once delivered. Because these are downloadable files, we cannot verify whether a file was “used” once downloaded, and we cannot recover the file from your device. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or store credit in the following situations:
- A technical error on our end prevented you from accessing the product
- You were charged twice for the same purchase due to a processing error
- The product you received was materially different from what was advertised
We do not issue refunds for: change of mind after accessing or downloading a product, failure to read the product description, purchasing a product that doesn’t meet expectations that were never stated in the listing, or purchasing a free product by mistake (if that somehow happens โ just let us know).
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email sabrina@thepurplelalu.com with the subject line “Refund Request โ [Product Name]” and include:
- Your name and the email used for purchase
- The product or module you purchased
- The date of purchase
- A brief note on why you’re requesting a refund
We’ll respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method and may take 5โ10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
