Accountability With a Little More Human in It
Body doubling works because your brain responds to presence. Supported Mode takes that one step further — we still work alongside each other, but this session includes light check-ins, the ability to think out loud if you get stuck, and space for quick questions without derailing the whole session.
It’s not coaching. It’s not a strategy session. It’s a focused work session with a present, engaged accountability partner who understands ADHD, gets the struggle of executive dysfunction, and won’t make you feel bad for needing a little more than silence to stay on track.
If you’ve ever found that a quick “okay here’s what I’m doing next” out loud is the difference between moving forward and spiraling — this is the session for that.
💬 How it works: We join a video call and work alongside each other. Unlike Focus Mode, you can think out loud, ask quick questions, or do a brief check-in if you get stuck. Light conversation is welcome — it just doesn’t take over the session.
Pick Your Session Length
A focused burst with accountability and light support. Great for getting unstuck on one specific thing fast.
A full session with room to breathe, think out loud, and work through bigger tasks with a supportive presence throughout.
What to Expect
Brief verbal check-ins at natural breaks — what are you working on, how’s it going, what’s next. Low pressure, high usefulness.
No judgment, no “just focus” advice. This is a space that understands how your brain actually works and meets you there.
Both cameras stay on for the session. The visual presence is still the foundation — the support just adds a layer on top.
Many people find a consistent weekly rhythm makes the biggest difference. Book as often as you need.
Let’s Be Honest About It
- Silence makes you more anxious, not less
- You get stuck mid-task and need to talk through it briefly to keep moving
- You want accountability AND the option to ask a quick question
- You work better when someone’s actively present, not just technically there
- You’ve tried Focus Mode and need just a little more support
- You want a full strategy or coaching session — that’s a different service
- You need someone to do the work for you or with you
- You prefer complete silence — try Focus Mode instead

The goal is always to maximize your work time. Check-ins are brief — think 2-3 minutes at the start and end, with space to surface questions in between. It’s not a conversation, it’s a work session with support built in.
Body doubling is about presence and accountability, not strategy or advice. We’re working alongside each other — I’m not there to tell you what to do, I’m there so your brain has an anchor to stay on task.
Yes — cameras on is what makes body doubling work. The visual presence is the mechanism, not just the audio.
