Refund Policy
The PurpleLalu, LLC- Digital products (Notion templates, AI prompt packs) are non-refundable. Because they’re delivered instantly and digitally, there’s no way to “return” them — but if something goes technically wrong, we will make it right.
- Coaching & strategy sessions are non-refundable, but you can reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows forfeit the session fee.
- Something genuinely went sideways? Reach out — we’re always willing to take a look.
Digital Products — All Sales Final
All Notion templates, AI prompt packs, and other digital products sold through The PurpleLalu are delivered instantly upon purchase. Because you receive access to the full product the moment your payment is processed, we are unable to offer refunds on completed orders.
This isn’t a technicality — it’s the nature of digital goods. Unlike a physical item you can ship back, a downloaded template or prompt pack can’t be “un-delivered.” We keep our prices fair and our product descriptions detailed so you can make a confident buying decision before you check out.

- A technical error prevents you from downloading or opening the file
- You received the wrong product due to a store error
- A confirmed duplicate charge on your order
- Changed your mind after purchase
- “Didn’t have time to use it”
- Purchased the wrong product by mistake
- Didn’t find it what you expected after reading the description
- Results didn’t match your personal expectations
