Our Policy at a Glance
- Digital products (Notion templates, AI prompt packs, downloads) are non-refundable — instant delivery means all sales are final.
- Body Doubling & Clarity Sessions are non-refundable, but reschedulable with 24 hours’ notice.
- Ongoing VA Support requires 14 days’ written notice to cancel or pause. Monthly retainers are non-refundable once the month has started.
- Goodwill: “Life happens.” If something is truly sideways, reach out and we’ll look for a fair solution.

1. Digital Products
Because digital products are delivered instantly and can’t be “returned,” all sales are final and non-refundable for Notion templates (including the ADHD Productivity System, Operations Starter Kit, Freelancer Operations Kit, and Small Business Operations Kit), AI prompt packs, downloadable guides, and other digital resources.
- You paid but never received access to your product
- A technical error prevents you from downloading or opening the file
- You received the wrong product due to a store error
- A confirmed duplicate charge on your order
- Changed your mind after purchase
- “Didn’t have time to use it”
- Purchased the wrong product by mistake
- Didn’t find what you expected after reading the description
- Results didn’t match your personal expectations
If you’re having an access problem — a broken link, missing file, or delivery issue — technical support is available and we’ll help you get what you paid for.
2. Body Doubling & Clarity Sessions
Body Doubling and Clarity Sessions are non-refundable, but can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- 24+ hours’ notice: reschedule to another available time at no charge.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice, or a no-show: the session fee is forfeited — that time was reserved just for you.
- Late arrival: if you arrive late, we may not be able to extend the session. The session fee remains the same.
- If PurpleLalu needs to cancel or reschedule: you’ll receive a full refund or a credit for a future session — your choice.
3. Ongoing VA Support
- Billing: Your monthly retainer is billed in advance and is non-refundable.
- Cancel or Pause: We require 14 days’ written notice to cancel or pause services.
- Once the Month Starts: Monthly retainers are non-refundable once the month has started.
- Unused Hours: Unused hours do not roll over into future months, unless we specifically agree to something different in writing.
4. Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties accessing a product you purchased, please contact us immediately. We are committed to ensuring you receive the files or access you paid for and will work with you to resolve any delivery issues.
5. Goodwill (Because Life Happens)
Life happens — especially with an ADHD brain. We aim to be human-first.
If there are extenuating circumstances and something is genuinely sideways, contact us and we’ll do our best to find a fair solution. We can’t promise a refund in every situation, but we can promise we’ll listen.
6. How to Request a Refund or Dispute a Charge
To request a review of your purchase or to report an issue, please contact us with the following information:

PurpleLalu reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or services following such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
