When you use our Site, buy something, sign up for emails, or book/participate in our services (including Body Doubling and Clarity Sessions), you may give us personal information, including:

• Billing details (such as billing name/address and purchase history/receipts; payment card details are typically handled by our payment processor)
• Any information you choose to share during strategy sessions, Clarity Sessions, support conversations, or body doubling sessions (for example, business goals, operational preferences, schedules, or context that helps us help you)

B. Purchase and Digital Product Delivery Information

When you buy products or services (including digital products like our Notion template collections — for example the ADHD Productivity System, Operations Starter Kit, Freelancer Operations Kit, and Small Business Operations Kit), your payment is processed through SureCart, with payments handled by Stripe. That means:

• We may receive purchase details (for example, what you bought, the date, amount paid, and confirmation/receipt information).
• We typically do not receive or store your full credit card number or full payment credentials. Those are handled by the payment provider.
• We use your email address to deliver digital assets — such as download links or template access — and related onboarding communications.

C. Session Tools (Google Meet) and Recording

We use Google Meet to host certain sessions (including Body Doubling and Clarity Sessions). Depending on the session and your choices:

• Google Meet may process information required to provide the meeting (such as your display name, email address if provided, meeting metadata, and audio/video during the session).
• We may record sessions only with consent, as described in our Body Doubling Participation & Recording Consent form (and any other applicable consent/booking terms presented to you). If a recording is made, it may include your voice, video, screen share, and chat messages.

D. Information Collected Automatically (Usage Data)

When you browse the Site, we may automatically collect certain information about your device and how you interact with the Site (“Usage Data”), such as:

• Pages you visit and actions you take

• Facilitate sessions through Google Meet, and record sessions only with consent where applicable (as described in our Body Doubling Participation & Recording Consent form and any other applicable consent presented to you).
• Improve our Site and offerings, including understanding what’s working, fixing issues, and building better systems and tools for ADHD-wired brains.
• Run analytics and monitor usage so we can understand Site performance and user experience.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and technical problems.
• Send marketing emails and updates about products, services, and offers, unless you opt out (you can unsubscribe anytime using the link in the email).

3. Transfer and Disclosure of Data

Your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

We do not sell your Personal Data. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your Personal Data to outside parties except in the following circumstances:

Service Providers

We may employ third-party companies and individuals to facilitate our services (e.g., SureCart, Stripe, Google Meet, email marketing platforms, scheduling tools, analytics providers, and hosting providers). BELAY Relationship Clarification

Sabrina Campbell (PurpleLalu) also works as an independent contractor with BELAY. Personal information you provide directly to PurpleLalu (through our Site, our checkout, our scheduling, our Google Meet sessions, or our communications) is handled under this Privacy Policy. If you share information with BELAY through BELAY’s systems or agreements, BELAY’s privacy practices and terms apply to that information.

The security of your data is important to us. We use reasonable, commercially accepted safeguards designed to protect personal information (for example, limiting access to data, using reputable service providers, and using secure tools where available).
