Welcome to PurpleLalu. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at thepurplelalu.com (the “Site”) and any products, services, or content provided by PurpleLalu (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our Site or purchasing our products — including but not limited to Notion templates, Body Doubling sessions, Clarity Sessions, and Ongoing VA Support — you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of our Site and services immediately.

1. Services and Products

PurpleLalu provides business consulting, productivity systems, and operational tools specifically designed for freelancers, solopreneurs, and individuals with ADHD.

• Digital Products: Notion templates and digital toolkits (including the ADHD Productivity System, Operations Starter Kit, Freelancer Operations Kit, Small Business Operations Kit, and other template collections) and business systems.
• Interactive Services: “Body doubling” accountability sessions and 1:1 strategy support, including:
  • Body Doubling: $50 (as listed/marketed at time of purchase)
  • Clarity Sessions: $97 (as listed/marketed at time of purchase)
  • Ongoing VA Support: $1,200+ per month (pricing varies based on scope and as listed/marketed or contracted)

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, PurpleLalu and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights in and to the Site and everything we provide through it, including (without limitation) our Notion templates, databases, workspaces, worksheets, frameworks, copy, branding, and other materials (collectively, “Content”). All rights are reserved.

License to Use

When you purchase or access a digital product, session, or any custom deliverables, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Content for your personal use or your own internal business use.

Restrictions

You may not (and may not allow others to) copy, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, resell, redistribute, share, publicly display, sub-license, lease, transfer, or otherwise make available any Notion templates, recordings, downloads, or proprietary systems from PurpleLalu, in whole or in part, except with our express written consent.

Custom Systems / Templates

If we create or customize systems, templates, or operational tools for you, you may use the deliverables for your personal use or internal business use. PurpleLalu retains ownership of the underlying frameworks, methodologies, structures, and intellectual property used to create them. Unless we agree otherwise in writing, you may not sell, license, publish, distribute, or turn the deliverables (or substantially similar derivative works) into products, templates, or services for others.

No Template Sharing

One purchase equals one user/license unless the checkout page explicitly says otherwise. If you need a team license, contact us before sharing access.

User Content

If you submit testimonials, comments, or feedback, you grant PurpleLalu a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for business purposes (for example, on our Site or marketing materials). You can request removal of a testimonial by contacting us.

3. Professional Disclaimer

The services and tools provided by PurpleLalu are for educational, productivity, and organizational purposes only.

Not Medical Advice

PurpleLalu provides productivity and systems support based on lived ADHD experience and executive-function support strategies. We are not providing medical, psychological, therapeutic, or clinical services. Sabrina is not acting as a licensed clinician, therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical provider. Nothing on the Site or in our products or services is medical advice, mental health advice, or a substitute for professional care.

No Guarantees

While our systems are designed to support productivity and business operations, PurpleLalu does not guarantee specific business outcomes or financial results. Success depends on individual implementation, participation, and circumstances.

4. Payments and Billing

• Pricing: Prices for all products and services are subject to change without notice.
• Upfront Payments for Sessions: Payments for individual sessions (including Body Doubling and Clarity Sessions) are due upfront unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Monthly Billing for Ongoing VA Support: Ongoing VA Support is billed monthly (or as otherwise stated in a separate written agreement/invoice) and is due in advance of the service month unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payment Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via our Site.
• Third-Party Platforms: Checkout is processed through SureCart, with payments handled by Stripe. By purchasing, you also agree to their respective terms of service.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

• Digital Products (Non-Refundable Once Accessed): Due to the nature of digital downloads and access-based digital products (including Notion templates and other digital toolkits), all sales are final once the download link is delivered or access is granted. Refunds are generally not issued for digital products unless required by law.
• Sessions (24-Hour Rescheduling): Rescheduling for Body Doubling, Clarity Sessions, or other 1:1 sessions requires at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations or no-shows with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

6. User Responsibilities, Conduct, and Accountability Sessions

You agree to use our Site, products, and services in a lawful and respectful way, and you are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

• Accurate Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, and to keep it updated as needed.
• Respectful Participation: Participants in “body doubling” or group accountability sessions agree to maintain a respectful and professional environment.
• Privacy: You agree to respect the privacy of other participants and refrain from recording, saving, screenshotting, or sharing details discussed during group sessions without permission.
• No Misuse: You will not misuse the Site or Content (for example, by attempting to gain unauthorized access, introducing malware, or using our materials in a way that infringes someone else’s rights).
• Your Tools and Accounts: You are responsible for maintaining access to and security of your own devices, internet connection, and any third-party accounts you use with our products (such as Notion or Google Meet).
• Termination: We reserve the right to remove any user from interactive sessions or terminate access to services, without refund, if they engage in disruptive, harassing, infringing, fraudulent, or illegal behavior.

7. Disclaimer of Liability and Limitation of Liability

Our products and services are designed to support productivity and business organization, but results vary from person to person and business to business.

Results Vary / No Guarantees

We do not guarantee that you will achieve any particular results (including productivity gains, revenue, audience growth, or business outcomes). Your results depend on many factors, including your effort, consistency, and circumstances.

Use at Your Own Risk

You use the Site, Content, and services at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, all products and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind (express or implied), including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PurpleLalu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

• Your use of or inability to use our services;
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our systems;
• The loss of any data within Notion or other third-party tools used in conjunction with our templates;
• Any decisions or actions you take based on our Content.

Maximum Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PurpleLalu’s total liability for any claim related to the Site, products, or services will not exceed the amount you paid to PurpleLalu for the specific product or service that gave rise to the claim (or $100 if you did not pay anything), during the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Third-Party Links and Tools

Our Site and products may contain links to third-party websites or tools (such as Notion and Google Meet). We do not own or control these third-party services and assume no responsibility for their content, privacy policies, or practices.

9. Account Termination and Access

We may suspend or terminate your account (if applicable) and/or your access to the Site, any digital products, or sessions at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused our Content, engaged in harmful behavior, or created legal risk for PurpleLalu.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your license to use our Content ends immediately and you must stop using and delete any unauthorized copies.

No Refunds for Violations

If access is terminated due to a violation of these Terms, you will not be entitled to a refund (except where required by law).

Ongoing VA Support Termination

Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, Ongoing VA Support is month-to-month and requires at least fourteen (14) days’ written notice to terminate or pause. Any fees due for the notice period remain payable.

You Can Stop Using Anytime

You may stop using the Site and discontinue use of any products/services at any time. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that, by their nature, should survive (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law).

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
