One Hour. One Session. Real Progress.
Body doubling works. Not because it’s magic — because having another person present changes how your brain shows up. You focus differently. You move faster. You actually finish the thing you’ve been avoiding.
Body Doubling on Your Terms
No cookie-cutter approach. No one-size-fits-all playbook. You choose how we work together based on what you need right now — and if what we’re doing isn’t working, we adjust.
Deep Work. Minimal Talking.
You and me, both in the zone. I’m here as an accountable presence — nothing more, nothing less. No check-ins unless you want them. No conversation required. Just two people working, and the quiet accountability that comes with not being alone.
Ideal for: Writing, deep focus tasks, creative work, batch processing, anything where you just need to sit down and go.
Check-Ins, Problem-Solving, Momentum.
We talk through the task, break down blockers, and work through what’s stuck. Think accountability partner meets thoughtful sounding board. I check in at intervals, help you triage and prioritize, and keep you moving when the overwhelm kicks in.
Ideal for: Planning sessions, tackling a backlog, working through a complex project, or when you genuinely don’t know where to start.

You Don’t Have to Have ADHD to Need This
Body doubling for professionals is one of the fastest-growing productivity tools for a reason — it works for anyone who struggles with focus, follow-through, or just getting started. If any of the following sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.
- Busy professionals with a backlog that keeps growing
- Entrepreneurs running everything themselves
- Anyone who works better with someone else present
- People who procrastinate on tasks that actually matter
- Business owners who need to make decisions and move
- Remote workers who miss the focus of a shared workspace
- Anyone with ADHD who needs structured accountability
- Creatives stuck in perfectionism or initiation paralysis
- Professionals with a project that keeps getting pushed back
- Anyone who just needs someone in their corner to get unstuck
Four Steps From Stuck to Done
Book and Pay
Grab your spot for $50 through SureCart. You’ll receive a booking link immediately after checkout to schedule your session at a time that works for you.
Pick Your Mode
When you book, let me know if you want Focused mode (silent presence) or Supported mode (check-ins and accountability). Not sure? Tell me what you’re working on and we’ll figure it out. No wrong answer.
Show Up and Work
Join the Google Meet link at your scheduled time. Bring your task, your coffee, and your overwhelmed self. Camera optional. No performance required.
Walk Away With Momentum
Real work done. A lighter mental load. And usually a much clearer picture of what comes next. Most people book their next session before the first one ends.
Real Scenarios. Real Outcomes.
Virtual body doubling sessions are not theoretical. Here is what an actual session looks like depending on what you bring to it.
The Batch Recording Problem
You need to record three videos for your email course. You’ve had it on your calendar for two weeks. Every time you sit down, you adjust your lighting, rewrite your outline, and then close the laptop. Today, we both sit down. I’m working on my own thing. Knowing you’re not alone flips the switch.
→ All three videos recorded. Done before the hour is up.
The Proposal That Won’t Start
You have a business proposal due in two days. Too many moving pieces. Your brain feels scrambled every time you open the document. We spend fifteen minutes mapping it out and breaking it into chunks. Then you dive in. I check in at the thirty-minute mark.
→ Solid draft complete. Clear plan for tomorrow. Deadline not missed.
The Inbox That Owns You
Your inbox has 847 unread emails and the number has become a threat. You’ve been meaning to deal with it for a month. Left alone, you open it, feel immediately overwhelmed, and close it. With someone present, you triage, archive, respond, and unsubscribe for a full hour without stopping.
→ Inbox under control. Triage system in place. Dread level: dramatically reduced.
The Decision You Keep Avoiding
You have a business decision you’ve been circling for three weeks. You know you need to make it. Every time you try to think it through alone, your brain goes sideways. We talk through the pieces, I ask the right questions, and you make the call with a clear head and an actual next step.
→ Decision made. Action assigned. Three weeks of circling: over.
4 Reasons Virtual Body Doubling Sessions Finally Get You Unstuck
Virtual body doubling sessions have been used in ADHD coaching since the mid-1990s and have since crossed into mainstream productivity practice — because they work for anyone, not just people with ADHD. Here is what the research and lived experience consistently show:
-
Reduced task initiation frictionHaving someone else start alongside you makes it dramatically easier to begin. The blank page, the open inbox, the avoided task — all become less threatening when you are not facing them alone.
-
External regulation for your attentionAnother person’s presence acts as a gentle anchor. You procrastinate less, self-edit less, and drift less — not because of pressure, but because your nervous system responds differently when someone else is in the room.
-
Accountability dramatically increases follow-throughResearch shows that having a specific accountability check-in can improve goal completion rates from 25% to 95%. The mere knowledge that someone is present and aware changes behavior.
-
No guilt. No performance. Just presence. This is not a coaching session where you have to show up polished. It is not a group coworking room where you feel watched. It is one person, present, with no agenda other than helping you finish what you started.
-
It works even when motivation doesn’t show upMotivation is unreliable. It is affected by sleep, stress, hormones, and whether you remembered to eat lunch. Virtual body doubling sessions do not require you to feel like working. They just require you to show up. The presence handles the rest.
Sabrina’s guidance has kept me accountable, and I now have a weekly standing body-doubling appointment with her. Planning according to my energy level means I fight against myself less.

Virtual Body Doubling Sessions — Everything You Want to Know Before You Book
Do I have to be on camera?
No. Camera is completely optional. Some people find being on camera helps with accountability. Others work better with audio only or even just a shared virtual presence. You decide what works for you and we go from there.
Do I need to have ADHD to book a session?
Absolutely not. Procrastination, focus issues, and the inability to start do not require a diagnosis. Virtual accountability sessions like body doubling work for busy professionals, entrepreneurs, remote workers, and anyone who gets more done when they are not working alone. If you need it, it’s for you.
What can I work on during a session?
Truly anything. Business admin, emails, content creation, creative projects, invoices, proposals, studying, organizing — even household tasks. If you want to fold laundry while we’re on, that counts too. No judgment on what you bring.
What if I’m not sure whether I need Focused or Supported mode?
Tell me what you’re working on and how you usually get stuck when you book. We’ll figure out the best approach together before the session starts. You can also switch modes mid-session if what we’re doing isn’t landing.
What if I need more than one hour?
Book multiple sessions. Stack them back-to-back for a longer focused block, or schedule them throughout the week to build consistent momentum. There’s no minimum or maximum commitment required.
Is this the same as a coaching session?
Not exactly. Coaching is about long-term goals, mindset, and strategy. Body doubling is about showing up right now and getting the thing done. Supported mode has some coaching-adjacent elements — talking through blockers, breaking down tasks — but the focus is always on the work in front of you today, not a transformation arc.
Stop Pushing It to Tomorrow. One Hour Can Change the Whole Week.
You already know what you need to work on. You just need someone in your corner while you do it. Book a virtual body doubling session and walk away with real progress — not a plan to make a plan.
