Sometimes You Just Need Someone Else in the Room
Body doubling is one of the most effective — and most underrated — tools for ADHD brains. The simple act of working alongside another person makes it dramatically easier to start, stay on task, and actually finish things. You already know how to do the work. You just need a presence to anchor you to it.
Focus Mode is quiet coworking. No conversation, no check-ins, no interruptions. We show up, we work, we get things done. It’s the digital equivalent of sitting at a coffee shop or library where the ambient presence of another person keeps your brain from drifting into the void of literally anything else.
Whether you’re powering through a task you’ve been avoiding for three weeks, trying to stay on track during a work sprint, or just need accountability to actually sit down and start — this is the session for that.
🎧 How it works: We join a video call, cameras on, and work silently alongside each other for the duration of the session. No talking, no agenda, no pressure — just focused parallel work.

Both cameras stay on for the session. The visual presence is the point — it’s what makes body doubling work.

FAQ
Quick Answers
How do I book after purchase?
After checkout you’ll receive a confirmation email with your booking link. Click it to schedule your session directly on my calendar.
Do I have to have my camera on?
Yes — cameras on is what makes body doubling work. The visual presence of another person is the whole mechanism. If that’s not comfortable, this might not be the right fit.
What should I work on during the session?
Anything you need to get done — email, writing, admin tasks, client work, studying, creative projects. Come with a task in mind so you can start immediately.
What if I need to reschedule?
Give at least 24 hours notice via your booking confirmation link. Less than 24 hours or no-shows forfeit the session.
Can I book recurring sessions?
Yes — you can book multiple sessions and many people find a regular rhythm works best. Check available slots in the booking link after purchase.
