2. Use of the Website

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. Specifically, you agree not to:

3. Digital Products

The PurpleLalu, LLC sells digital products, including Notion templates and AI prompt packs. Please read the following carefully before purchasing:

All Sales Are Final

Due to the instant-access nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a digital product has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue with your purchase, please contact us at sabrina@thepurplelalu.com and we will do our best to resolve it.

Instant Access

Upon completing your purchase through our payment processor, you will receive immediate access to your digital product via email or a direct download link.

License & Permitted Use

All digital products are licensed for personal and/or business use by the original purchaser only. This license is non-transferable. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, share, or give away any purchased product to others;
• Bundle our products with other products or services for sale;
• Claim ownership of or modify our products for redistribution.

You may use our templates and prompts in your own work and business — you simply cannot pass them on to others or commercialize them.

4. Coaching & Services

The PurpleLalu, LLC offers 1:1 coaching and strategy sessions booked through Cal.com. By booking a session, you agree to the following:

Scheduling & Cancellation Policy

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule a session. Cancellations or reschedule requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice — and no-shows — will forfeit the session fee. No refunds or credits will be issued in these cases.

We understand that life happens. If you have an emergency, reach out to sabrina@thepurplelalu.com and we will consider exceptions at our sole discretion.

Scope of Services

Coaching sessions are intended to provide business strategy, productivity support, and general guidance. Our sessions do not constitute and are not a substitute for:

• Licensed therapy or mental health treatment;
• Legal advice or legal representation;
• Financial, accounting, or investment advice.

Please consult the appropriate licensed professional for guidance in those areas.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to written copy, blog posts, social media content, AI prompts, templates, graphics, logos, and branding — is the exclusive property of The PurpleLalu, LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our express written permission. Linking to our content with proper attribution is permitted.
