The Daily Reset Checklist
Not a habit tracker. Not a to-do list. The minimum viable structure your ADHD brain needs to start the day, function through it, and close it out without the spiral. Interactive online and printable when you need it on paper.
Free. Instant access. No spam — just the checklist and the occasional thing worth knowing.
What is this, exactly?
A free interactive checklist designed specifically for ADHD brains. It lives online so you can use it every day from any device, and it prints cleanly when you want a physical copy on your desk.
The ADHD brain struggles with starting, sustaining, and closing out. Most productivity tools address one of those three. This covers all of them — in the simplest possible format, with zero shame baked in if you only get through half of it.
It saves your progress automatically. You can come back to it mid-day, mid-evening, or mid-spiral. It will still be there exactly where you left it.
Honest note: This is not a 30-day challenge. It’s not a habit streak system. There’s no counter telling you how many days in a row you’ve completed it, because that’s not how ADHD brains work. Use it on the days it helps. Skip it on the days it doesn’t. Come back when you need it.
What’s inside
Seven sections. Morning to evening. Each one does one job.
Rate your energy before you assign yourself anything. Low, medium, or high — the checklist tells you what kind of tasks actually fit your battery level today.
Water, meds, food. One tap each. Because your brain will absolutely skip all three and then wonder why everything feels impossible at 2pm.
Three tasks. That’s the whole system. Not your full list. Not priorities 1–10. Three things that would make today count — written down and checked off.
Everything floating in your head that isn’t one of your three tasks. Get it out so your brain stops trying to hold it while you’re trying to work.
Five checkboxes to officially close out the day — so the unfinished business stops following you into your evening and your sleep.
Log what you actually did today (even small, even late, even imperfect) and name the one non-negotiable for tomorrow before your brain is too tired to decide.
This is for you if…
- You start every morning with good intentions and end every evening wondering where the day went
- Every productivity system you’ve tried worked for about four days and then quietly died
- You need something that takes 2 minutes to use, not 20 minutes to set up and 10 minutes to fill in
- You want structure without rigidity — something that bends when your brain does instead of breaking
- You’ve been looking for a system that acknowledges your energy varies wildly and plans accordingly
- You want to stop ending the day in the shame spiral about everything you didn’t do and start noticing what you actually did
This is not for you if…
You want a 47-point daily routine with time-blocked slots and color-coded priorities. This checklist is deliberately minimal. If minimal feels like cheating, that’s worth examining — but this isn’t the tool for a maximalist system.
Also not for you if you need it to sync with your project management software, send you reminders, or integrate with your calendar. It’s a checklist. On purpose.
