Body Doubling Session

You know the task. You’ve known the task for three days. Maybe three weeks. It’s not hard. You’re not incapable. You just cannot seem to make yourself start — and the longer you don’t start, the more the task turns into this giant, looming Thing that now also carries guilt.

That’s where body doubling comes in.

Body doubling is one of the most effective (and underrated) tools for ADHD brains — and honestly, for any brain that struggles to get started alone. The simple act of working alongside another person creates just enough external accountability to get your nervous system to cooperate. No pressure. No performance. Just presence.

I’m Sabrina — an ADHD systems specialist with lived experience and 10+ years of executive support behind me. I’m not just present, I’m present with purpose.

Choose how we work together:

Focus Mode — Deep work, minimal talking. I’m there as an accountable presence while we both work in quiet. No check-ins unless you want them. Just two people working, and the accountability that comes from not being alone.

Support Mode — Check-ins, redirection, and momentum. We talk through the task, break down blockers, and I check in at intervals to keep you moving when the overwhelm kicks in.

What’s included:

  • Full 60-minute one-on-one session via Google Meet

  • A quick intention-setting check-in at the start
